Terms & Conditions

  1. Please read the terms & conditions of your transfer service carefully.

  2. When finalizing the reservation you are automatically accepting the terms described here.

Bookings

  • All reservations made through our online system are processed in continental Portugal time (UTC / GMT).

  • We reserve the right to ask for the identification of the main passenger in order to confirm the identity presented in the booking email.

  • The main passenger accepts the terms and conditions on behalf of all the elements present in the group to be transported.

Payments

  • Payment must be made prior to departure of the transfer.

  • Payment can be made directly to the driver or in advance online via a secure payment system.

  • Driver payments are accepted in cash (in euros) and any debit or credit card.

  • Our online payment system is provided by MyPos, as is our system.

  • The transfer receipt will be delivered by the driver.

Change / Cancel Reservations

  • To change or cancel a reservation, use the link for the effect on the voucher.

  • Refund policy: if you have made the online payment for your transfer and canceled the reservation, the full amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 working days.

Baggage

  • The maximum luggage volume per passenger is 2 cabin bags per passenger. A cabin bag corresponds approximately to the volume of 50 x 40 x 20 cm

  • Additional baggage or baggage with other characteristics must be declared during the booking process at the appropriate step for that purpose - Extra Baggage.

Child Safety

  • Children under the age of 12 must travel in appropriate safety seats. With the exception of you bringing your own safety seats.

  • AlgarVipTravel provides all the necessary seats for our customers.

Insurance and Guarantees

  • We are a passenger transport company fully licensed to practice, RNAVT 8135.

  • Passengers and their luggage are fully covered by our policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays either before, during or after the transfer that are caused by external reasons, beyond our control (eg weather and traffic).

Complaints

  • Only complaints that are written in the complaints book (present in all vehicles) and deliveries to the driver will be accepted.

Other

  • We reserve the right to refuse customers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior is considered to be at risk by the driver.

  • Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
